Most players don’t use creature enchantments (other than things like Enfeeblement, which are effectively sorceries against the opponent’s creatures). Why? Because when my enchanted creature gets Dark Banished, I have just given up two of my cards for your one.
Enter Hakim. Now the two-for-one cost is temporary, since Hakim can search the graveyard for the enchantment just lost. Hakim also combos well with Mirage‘ s “instant enchantments,” like Armor of Thorns. Play one of these cards as an instant; then, once it’s been discarded, put it on Hakim.
